Availability

Product availability is always indicated on the product detail page. There are different levels of availability:

  • Available in 24-48 hours: The product can be ordered immediately and will arrive shortly.
  • Available in 1-2 business days: The product can be ordered immediately and will arrive shortly.
  • Available in 3-4 business days: The product is temporarily out of stock, but a new inventory has already been restocked, so the product can be ordered immediately and will arrive within 4 business days.

Shipping Times

When viewing our catalog pages, you can see the estimated shipping date for a given product. How is this time estimated?

In addition to availability, the time required to process the order must also be taken into account. Orders with the fastest delivery are those paid online (credit card, PayPal, or cash on delivery). Different payment and delivery methods may affect shipping times.

For example, deferred payment methods, such as bank transfer, may affect the shipping date. In these cases, the order will be processed upon receipt of confirmation of payment. Delivery to most Italian locations occurs within 1-2 business days.

Once you have confirmed your order and selected your preferred payment and delivery method, SBARAGLIA processes your order and hands the goods over to the courier for delivery to your home or to the address of your choice.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for orders over €300.00, with the exception of bulky products destined for islands or territories not served by the courier. However, delivery to Livigno and Campione d'Italia is excluded. If you live in these areas, we recommend contacting +39.0871.360565 before completing your purchase.

Receiving your purchases

Some tips for receiving your goods:

  • Check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the shipping document.
  • Check that the packaging is intact and unaltered, including the sealing tapes.
  • If possible, unpack the product immediately and check for damage.
  • In the event of tampering and/or visible breakages, you must immediately dispute the shipment and/or delivery by writing "RESERVED TO CHECK GOODS FOR ..... (indicate the reason)" on the delivery document received from the courier.
